Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we go!

No longer do we have to travel "over the river and through the woods" to see Grandma Rose...

She's just 5 blocks away!

My sweet Grandma Rose (whom I've talked about several times on my blog) recently moved into the nursing home that is just right down the street from our house in Brigham.

We try to go see her every other day. She gets so lonely. She is doing amazingly well and can now carry great conversations with us. She is happy and more healthy than before and loves when we come visit. It seriously brightens my day to go see her because she is always so excited to have visitors and she never ceases to tell you over and over again how much she loves you. She is the most special lady. Drake seems to really brighten up her day too so it's just been really great for our family to have her so close!

No matter where she lives we just want her to be happy, but we are so glad that she is near us for now! And just so all of my cousins and aunts/uncles know- you are all welcome to come stay with us if you ever want to come see grandma and stay overnight or if the weather is bad. We have an entire upstairs family room, bedroom, and bathroom that we don't use.
