It's Time To PAR-TAY!

With Christmas comes lots of parties!

We had 2 FUN Christmas parties over the weekend.

1st- The Annual Payne Family Christmas Party

(my dad's family)

Visiting with Grandma Payne.

 My sweet Grandma has Alzheimers and it is getting to be very bad. She doesn't remember us very well and she is very confused. What's amazing though is that she still has her wonderful happy attitude. We can all learn so much from her.

Whenever I'm around my grandma, I feel this urgency to take lots of pictures with her because I know there will be a time not too long from now that I won't be able to. Love you grandma!

 I also love to capture moments like this...

 I've warned Staci about taking weird pictures on my camera!

Now the whole world can see it. haha

 Drake unwrapping his very 1st Present!

 And eating his very 1st Candy Cane!

Next, came Meeting Santa for the very 1st time!

And this is the shocked, scared face Drake had the whole time...

But we did manage to kind of get a Santa picture. Mom just had to sit in.

 Drake was then Baby Jesus in the Nativity.

He was a Baby Jesus who was crawling all over and only sitting still by playing with Daddy's cell phone.

It was pretty funny!

 2nd party- Friend Christmas Party

We had such a great party! We had delicious soup and breadsticks, a gift exchange, and a white elephant gift game. The best was just hanging out with a great gang!

 Drake's new thing is to clap at himself and say "yay!" to anything and everything he does!

 Opening more presents! How lucky!

 How awesome is our gift from the Fords. A Snuggy! (I've wanted one for awhile now!)

 One of the top highlights of the night was Whitney's gift. The Shake-weight!
