Step 1- Rest lots in preparation for the big meal.
Step 2- Munching on appetizers may help prepare the stomach to achieve full expansion.
Step 3- Visit with awesome family

Step 4- Play with the 2 that started it all.

Step 5- In preparation for the giant feast, one should consider exercising or participating in any kind of strenuous activity.
For us, a Wii dance game!
All ages can participate.
Step 6- Eat to your heart's content! (It is Thanksgiving after all!)

Step 7- Do SOOOO BIG (Drake's fav game) in your highchair over and over again until everyone is exhausted.
Step 8- Take a much-needed nap (guys) OR Make a fun craft (gals)
