A little about Sara at 8 Months (on April 14th)-
Still as smiley as can be, but definitely has found more of her "spunk" over the last month. She'll let us know just what she wants (or doesn't want). :)
So close to crawling! She rolls all over the place and can now push herself from her belly up to sitting. So she kind of awkwardly rolls and sits to get herself from place to place. She'll be crawling within days, I'm sure!
Loves to bounce up and down on her bum and get into anything she can. Her favorite thing to chew on is paper. She finds pieces of paper in the most random places. I swear she's hiding in her cute little chunk rolls.
Squeals and squawks and says "bababababa"
Wears 6 month and 9 month clothes (and a few 3 month still). Size 3 shoe. Size 3 diaper.
Hair is getting longer and can now be pulled into pigtails! Her bald spot is growing out now (yay!).
Eating almost every kind of baby food (pureed) and started feeding herself finger-foods as well- eggs, rice puffs, bread, crackers.
Breastfeeding 4-5 times a day.
Typical schedule: Bedtime at 8pm, Up at 4am (ish) to nurse, Up at 8am, Breakfast, Naps 10-12am, Plays, Naps 2-4pm, Plays and dinner, back to bed at 8pm.
First TEETH came in!!! Bottom left on April 8th. Bottom right on April 13th (still need a pic of those pearly whites). This has made for a fussier baby...
Learned to Clap! And almost can wave! Also will sometimes dance when music is on.
She's a mommy's girl, but also LOVES her Daddy & brother Drake. She is always laughing or smiling at someone.
Nicknames: Sar-bear, Sar, Baby Girl, Snots (for that runny nose of hers), Missy-Moo.
We love our Baby Girl!
