CHINATOWN & SHOPPING IN SAN FRANCISCO
Wednesday, we woke up to the most beautiful weather and knew it was going to be a gorgeous day in San Francisco! Me & Savannah loved soaking up a little sunshine before we left. Mmm...those cheeks of hers!
It's so fun to sit here and look at all of these pictures of my favorite girls in the world. We had the greatest time while they were here and the time just went too fast.
In San Francisco, we parked at a beautiful hotel with some pretty steps for a quick, impromptu photo shoot-
Then we walked what felt like 5 miles to Chinatown. (Okay, maybe I'm a tad whiny about walking at 8 months pregnant but seriously, I thought I was gonna faint!)
Chinatown is such a crazy, exciting place to visit and the girls loved all the cheap shopping! I warned Staci to hold on tight to that baby because she was going to be attacked by cute Chinese ladies wanting to take Savannah's picture and I was right! It was so funny.
We ate at our favorite Chinese restaurant for lunch- Hunan Home, and introduced the girls to some new tasty food.
Then, we headed to Union Square to shop.
The Disney store was the highlight for us all, I think- it brings out the child in everyone! Drake looked like a deer in the headlights wandering around taking everything in. He left with an awesome Mickey construction set and has been the handy-man around the house since then fixing anything and everything with his cool tools.
We got some great things at Old Navy and Forever 21- both 4 stories big!
For the last hour, I just sat and played with Drake on a bench because this was happening to me----
Pregnancy + Hot weather + Shopping>>>>> NO BUENO!
The day did end beautifully though with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory (on the 8th floor of Macy's) overlooking Union Square.
Then we all passed out in the car on the way home....and Mom drove. Thanks Mom.
