Love from Grandma's and Grandpa's in Utah

A couple weeks ago, Drake and I went to Utah for a week for two awesome events- Rob's parents mission homecoming and my sister's baby shower!

We had a fabulous time! 

We were so happy to have NO sickness this time around and the only major hiccup was some NASTY snowy, icy weather while we were there.

Surprising us at the airport-

Calvin & Nancy's homecoming- their talks were inspiring and I learned a lot from them. It was also so fun to see our Hunsaker family afterwards for lunch!

 
Grandma & Grandpa invited us to swim at their hotel pool- Drake was in heaven! We absolutely loved spending time with G&G again.

Calvin & Nancy came over for dinner (and taxes) at my parents house and Drake had the attention of both of his Grandma's on him at once- one very happy kid!

We spent most of our time preparing for Staci's baby shower, but we also had time for- the Treehouse Museum with Chrystal & Jeter, seeing Wreck it Ralph with Granny Sheri, McDonalds for G-pa Bob's birthday, watching Katie cheer, and we spent two days in South Jordan at Chad & Jill's home visiting them and G&G Hunsaker again- this was definitely a huge highlight of our trip!

We missed Rob lots and were excited to get home to him (and to the sun), but it's always a bummer saying bye to family! We'll be back in a couple weeks to meet my new niece!!!! :)
We are so looking forward to Grandma & Grandpa Hunsaker coming to visit us in California in April. For now, they are headed on a giant excursion to visit their kids all over the U.S. and beyond. We will miss them dearly, but loved this time spent with them in Utah!
