Fantastic 26th Birthday for Me (Linds)!

Well, I had a most amazing birthday on January 13th!

Rob always surprises me with the best birthdays-

The week leading up to my b-day, packages kept arriving on our doorstep, all with new piano books for me!

Then, the night before, he surprised me with a date with our best friends here which included 1-hour massages and dinner at my favorite Italian restaurant. It was such a great night out!

Sunday, Rob gave such a great talk at church and compared becoming converted to the gospel to what it feels like to fall in love for the first time. It was such an amazing talk and I was tearing up because he was saying such sweet things about me (with many sarcastic things in there too- it wouldn't be Rob without those!). 

That night, we had the missionaries, the Daveys, and our new friends Amy & Tim over for dinner and dessert!

I asked for breakfast for dinner and it was delicious!

Then, incredible Laura made me my favorite dessert- CREME BRULEE! (and she showered me with presents- seriously so thankful to have found a "sister" here to make up for missing my mom and sisters)

Flowers from our dinner guests and my parents! Such a sweet gesture that meant so much to me!

For our birthdays, my parents surprised Rob & I (since his birthday is in a couple weeks) with an IPAD!

And we were able to use money from Rob's parents for lots of fun accessories for it. 

We are loving our new toy and feeling so blessed and spoiled.

Life is wonderful and I know year 26 is going to be a great one for me!
