Forget Not

I wasn't able to make it to the RS Broadcast on Saturday, but I was finally able to watch it on TV today (I recorded it Sunday morning when it was re-broadcast)

I am SO SO thankful that I took the opportunity to watch it because if not I would not have had the opportunity to hear President Uchtdorf's talk. Lots of people are talking about it and it seems to be a favorite. It struck me so personally and his words felt like they were directly for me.
I found myself in tears a lot of the time and especially when he talked about that "You are not forgotten".

Such a beautiful, inspired talk and something I so greatly needed right now!
I'm so thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ!
(Thanks Sara for introducing me to this sugardoodle.net image above- I copied you!)

See his talk here.

Ditto. I couldn't go either, but watched it that night on lds.org. So so glad I did too- I cried through most of it as well. I needed the reminder that Heavenly Father was aware of me and my needs- and that I hadnt been forgotten. :) the picture you have of it is so cute!

You are welcome :) I loved the talk too. I think Elder Uchtdorf is one of my favorite speakers.

Oh and by the way Eva LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse too! It can settle her down from a tantrum like nothing else can :)
