...when he can do THIS???
(Sorry, don't know how to get it to turn the right way)
Drake started doing this "KNEE-WALK" while we were in Cancun. Grandma and Grandpa asked us if this is how we walk at home and he is just learning by example. I say it must be them! haha! :)
Drake seemed so close to walking before we left. He would stand for long periods of time and walk with me holding just one of his fingers.
Now that he's learned this new, odd trick, he has no desire whatsoever to even try to walk.
It's quite hilarious (but can also be frustrating- like when I'm at the mall and he wants to get down on the dirty floor and I try to get him to walk by my side but he wants to get down on his knees!!!)
It really is funny though! So many people we've seen lately have gotten such a kick out of his "knee-walking". He's actually pretty darn fast too and it looks like it takes some great balance and strengh. Crazy kid! I don't think I've ever seen a kid do this!
Have any of yours?
I'm happy to let him take his time in hitting all of his milestones, BUT I must admit I'm ready for him to walk!
In the meantime, we'll just keep laughing hysterically as Drake "KNEE-WALKS" everywhere!

That is really cute...and take it from me, as a mom who has 2 and one more on the way...CHERISH that they CANNOT walk yet! LOL Although it is exciting to reach another "milestone", once that milestone is reached you will have to baby proof EVERYTHING! LOL :)

Kip does it all the time ;) Drake will be up and walking/running before you know it. This is so hilarious!
Not a one of my kids has done that consistently -- occasionally, but not as a general rule. It's DANG cute, though!!!
