Girls Trip with My Sistas!

After our trip to Europe, we went to St. George August 15-18th for a quick girl’s trip. We did this last year too and it’s becoming a fun tradition to go each year and hit the outlets for back-to-school shopping and relaxing.

I cherish the times I get to spend with my mom and sisters. They are each so fun and unique in their own ways and we quarrel at times, but we also know how to have a blast together! My cousin Brooke is like an older sister to me. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, shopping, going to movies, eating out, and talking- what girls do best!

Disclaimer: These pictures are after a long day shopping.

Brooke's son Parker realized a few hours into the trip, "Mom, I'm the only boy here!"

Funniest story ever:

Brooke's kids seem to puke a lot. Well, Paisley, her youngest, ate something that made her gag so she started throwing up. Brooke rushed her over to the garbage, but not quite in time since some got on the kitchen floor. Brooke yelled for Parker to come get a paper towel for her. Parker ran over quick and ran straight through the puke on the floor. "Oiy stepped in the fwow-up! Gwoss!!!" He started dry heaving and dry heaving, and then puking as well. haha oh man! As he's hurling into the garbage can, he's crying and yelling "Chunks of fwow-up!" "It boorns!" "Oiy can taste it!" "MOMM!!". I feel bad that we were all rolling while he was quite upset, but I figure if his mom was laughing her guts out (thankfully not puking her guts out as well!), we could laugh too!

Wow! I don't look forward to puke!

Super fun! We're going in October and I go every May with Stanton's sisters. It's such a perfect place to go.

I'm glad Brookey was laughing. You can either laugh or cry -- she has the best attitude. My kids went through a phase where it seemed like they puked EVERY time we went to a family function. It was so frustrating. I'm glad to be out of it now. :)

Sadly hilarious or hilariously sad!
