It's been so fun to watch Drake take swimming lessons the last 2 weeks!
Last year, we took from cousin Chrystal and he learned SO much. By the end of last summer, he was swimming like a crazy man! Too bad swimming is such a seasonal thing---when D first got in the water after the winter months, he didn't dare put his face in or jump in at all. I knew we needed another dose of swimming lessons ASAP.
Drake had a really fun time- I wish his teacher (the afro guy) had pushed him more, but he still was swimming better than anyone in his class. (Seriously miss you Chrystal!) I love how crazy he is in the videos above- he's become pretty fearless again!
He did great and we will definitely be spending plenty of time at the pool all summer keeping cool before baby sister comes- That way, he can keep working on his skills and improving!
