Mother's Day- May 12th

These might not mean anything to anyone else, but to a Mom these homemade treasures from Drake mean the world to me!

Post 12-hour drive home from Utah- getting our wiggles out in a makeshift pool in the backyard!

My favorite moment of the month was from the picture below. Drake and I spent a good thirty minutes cuddling in the hammock playing "I-spy", singing songs, and just chatting. The sun was setting and it was just really great Drakey/Mommy time. 

My least favorite moment of the month was getting rammed in the eye by the shower door as I was trying to get D out of the shower. It was a complete accident, but instead of handling it patiently, I started yelling and getting upset with him and felt horrible about it after. Not my best moment for sure. Living and learning daily!
Left me with a good shiner though!
