Easter Brunch

My mom threw the funnest Easter Party & Brunch the day before Easter.

Normally, we get together on Easter Sunday, but I had to work that night, so we had our party the day before. And I actually ended up being put on call and not having to work on Easter- score!

She had the house decorated so cute! Don't you love the flower arrangement with peeps? And the cute little chocolate pretzel flowers? She's awesome!

Ok, why have we never done a BRUNCH before? Breakfast foods are my absolute favorite and this was a total hit! We decided we are making it a tradition! 

Grandma did the bacon! (Bacon is the center of the culinary universe, don't you know?)

Mom made french toast casserole! (Amazing)

I made my first Quiche! (Yummy)

And Staci brought fresh fruit! (Delish)

 After an awesome feast, we headed outside for pictures and an Easter egg hunt in the warm, gorgeous weather!

 We loved having G&G Rose with us. Grandma was cracking up over Drake in this picture. 

 We are stocked up on a candy for the next year after this awesome egg hunt!

(Drake even found one on top of Hannah's hat- what!?)

 Then, there was candy sorting...

 ...and egg dying!

What a fun, fun day!

And gosh, life (and especially holidays) is so much more fun with kids! Can't wait to add lots more to this group so that the adults don't have to do all the egg finding and egg decorating. haha.

Sidenote:

Grandma Sheri took Drake to an Easter egg hunt at Grandma Rose's care center. I wish I hadn't had to work so I could have seen all this awesome people below! Thanks for the pics Mom!
