Nauvoo Family Reunion

In July, we went on a road trip to Nauvoo for Robert's family's reunion. It was so much fun to be together with our family in such an amazing place! Robert is the youngest of 7 children and we have 25 nieces and nephews- a BIG amazing family!
On our way to Nauvoo, we stopped in Liberty, Missouri to see Liberty Jail.
The highlight for Rob was the St. Louis Cardinals game! What a great view!

The St. Louis arch was amazing and quite a challenge for me as a faced my fears of heights and claustrophobia. The view looking down was completely worth it though.

Robert admiring the guns at the Browning Gunsmith Shop. Maybe someday Rob!

The highlight of the trip was attending a temple session in the Nauvoo temple with Rob's parents and all his siblings and their spouses.

The window Joseph Smith fell out of when he was killed at Carthage Jail.

Outside Carthage Jail standing where the prophet fell.
Playing pioneer games in historic Nauvoo. From the expression on my face, you can tell this was an intense game! :)

Robert and his adorable nieces!

The spirit in Nauvoo was amazing! We came home feeling blessed for all we have! We can't wait to go back.
