The boys (or boys mothers) had this onesie made for Drake and for Coach Winter's (the varsity coach) new baby girl. Aren't they adorable! I really wanted to do this at the beginning of the season and just forgot about it so I was so excited when they surprised us with it. We are so lucky to be associated with these awesome guys and their parents. Bear River raises some fine young men! I married one and look how handsome he and his son are! I'm such a lucky gal!

Basketball Baby
Robert is still really busy coaching basketball, but he's having a great time doing it! We are so fortunate to be in a place in our lives right now where he can coach. He also has a great boss who is flexible and allows him to be away from work for practice and games. He coaches the Bear River JV and he's been with this same group of boys as their assistant coach when they were Freshmen, as their head coach when they were Sophomores, and now as their head coach as Juniors. He genuinely cares about each of the boys on his team and loves them like his little brothers. He really works hard to make them the best they can be- on and off the court. I, for one, think he does an amazing job! His team has only lost 2 games in region.

And for all you Bear River alumni out there- look at the new Bear mascot! This is a huge step-up for the big BR! I'm quite jealous we didn't have one when I was in high school. And it really looks good and fierce! (I remember someone found an old mascot costume when I was in high school and wore it to a few games. It looked more like a drowned rat. Do any of you BR grads remember that?)

YES! I remember the rat! Oh dear.. Looks like they are moving up in the world! New school, new mascot. Jeez, wish that all happened while we were there! :) P.S. I LOVE the outfit!
He's a doll!!! You forgot to mention the mascot is thanks to the CHEERLEADERS!!!! They raised a ton of money for that baby, hope it is well taken care of!!! We got it from the same place that makes the jazz bear!!! Drake looks like a regular little BR Bear!!! I love how he's all cuddled up and sound asleep in the Bears arms!!! If he wears the shirt again we need a picture with Whit in her cheer uniform.
You guys look soooo happy! You look amazing..I hope I look half as good as you after I have my baby =)
