October Fun

Wow, can you believe October is almost over!? It flew by for us. We had a super busy month! Here's a gazillion pictures of what we've been up to (Sorry for all the pics- I have a serious hard time narrowing them down to just a few).
We have been spoiled rotten this month with 3 showers! I can't express enough how much we appreciate all of them. I don't know what we'd do without so many supportive friends and family! Every shower was so much fun- I loved all the wonderful gifts but getting together to talk and laugh was the highlight of it all! Thank you so much!
Shower #1- Hunsaker Family Shower (forgot to take pictures)

Shower #2- Friend Shower thrown by Alisha, Tory, & Morgan. (THANKS so much girls!). Also forgot to take pictures which I'm extremely bummed about! It was so fun to get together with lots of old and new friends! Thanks so much to everyone who made it- it was so good to catch up and talk about babies! Look at the cute diaper cakes and diaper wreath- such creative girls! Me & Tor showing off the baby bump (I'm so sorry I didn't get pictures with all of you other girls that came! Thanks so much for everything though!)
Shower #3- Payne/Rose Family Shower- Finally remembered to take pictures! Oh how I love getting together with my family! I look forward to every family event we have! I feel like we always just have SO MUCH FUN together! I loved catching up with everyone, getting lots of advice that I desperately need on baby stuff, and just visiting and laughing. We have such an amazing family on both sides! Much thanks to everyone!

This picture is really special to me. My grandma Payne has Alzheimers and isn't doing the greatest. She gave me this cute teddy bear and it's the first stuffed animal that I've received. I love that we can someday tell our son that his first teddy came from his great grandma.
My Aunt Christie made this AMAZING quilt- isn't it SO cute! I love it!
Hannah's decorated onesie. It says: "I get my good looks from my aunt!"
My sister Staci planned this fun game where we had to drink milk out of a bottle and whoever drank the most in 1 minute was the winner! It was adorable to watch the little kids do it....
...and probably more hilarious, then cute to watch the adults! :)

Each family decorated a onesie for the baby. They turned out so fun and cute! (The H1N1 onesie comes from the fact that I had swine flu the first part of October. The back says "Oink, Oink". My sister Katelyn made it- pretty creative!)
Hit 32 weeks! YAY! We're getting there!
Rob has been so busy with work, basketball, and school lately and it's only going to get worse! I feel like I never see him! He has been such a great husband though. He's found the time in between his busy schedule to work on our nursery and it's slowly coming along. He painted, put the chair railing up, and got the crib put together! Don't you think he did an amazing job?!

I love showers (of the party kind), too! Can't we have an "I've been married 38 years and need to restock" shower...mainly just so we can get together and have fun?

Oh, and I love the colors in your nursery!

Rob, its nice to see that you are helping out Lindsay... especially by putting on a few extra pounds yourself! That always makes the moms feel better, just know it will be harder for you to take it back off! Just kidding, hope you guys are doing well.

You look so cute! I am so sorry I missed your shower :( But I figured it was best not to share my germs.

Love, Lisa
